A Year with Numbers

This is Jo’s flagship programme ‘Foundations For Life’ (F.F.L). In a nutshell, it is about living with the numbers one month at a time starting at ONE. Here, Jo, has you look at yourself, who are you? What do you desire? Throughout the year you will discover how you fit into relationships, career path, family, your inner guidance and onto your role within humanity.

One-to-One Coaching and mentoring

This programme runs for twelve months and is designed around you, your numbers, your health and your desires in alignment with your soul.

This consists of two Skype sessions per month dealing with real life challenges, opportunities and celebrations as they arise. It has been said ‘I have a coach and cheerleader in my pocket at all times’ with this programme.

Three Day Kick Start Retreat to the One-to-One Coaching and Mentoring Programme

This is a kick start at Jo’s beautiful healing home where the gadgets and gizmos are laid to rest and the self-pampering begins. Jo provides nutritional food and tips with practice in the kitchen, daily meditations, visualisations and crystal healing, along with a run-through of your health and numbers setting you up for the year ahead.

Seven-Day Retreat in Greece

Join us on the beautiful Island of Samos in the Aegean Sea, the birthplace of Pythagoras and modern Western Numerology. Here we will spend time retreating, releasing, replenishing and rejuvenating. During the week we will do various meditations and visualisation including one up in Pythagoras’ Cave where the energy is surreal. Another trip included will be the Potami Waterfalls. While there will be plenty of time to rest and reflect there will also be a healing session with Jo, a release ritual and much more.
