Let Jo Explain

Because I live on two planes: I see both sides; above and below, inside and outside.

I witness what society expects and what the soul desires.

I work with numbers, in particular, 2 sets of numbers gained from 2 vital pieces of data; the date of birth as this forecasts the path we are to walk; highlighting the opportunities and challenges and the second, the birth name as this emphasises the skills and traits we each have natural access to.

The tools I use are ancient, tried and tested and bring results. These tools have been buried from our consciousness, out of radar and thankfully are gradually working their way back to the surface. My strategy is not for everyone as one needs to have both an open heart and mind. All I know is if any of the below resonate with you;

you are stuck at a crossroads
you feel lost with no purpose

or you are at the point of surrender

Then there is a chance you are awakening to your truth. With these tools, I can propel you forward to connect you to a vision you crafted for this lifetime. To summarise picture a caterpillar eating its way through life until one day it starts to spin a cocoon. This is the stage you are currently experiencing, you are inside this cocoon and you are building up your strength to break out; you can not look to others to help you for if you do you will not flourish into the strong beautiful butterfly you are searching to be. You are awakening now and are preparing for your transformation just as the butterfly.

Transformation work is an incredible way to shed the old for the new, let go of the person society expects you to be and be the person you really are.

Over the years, with much inner work, I have created some new beliefs that serve me well. I incorporate them into my life and teachings:

I believe in Karma, that we are born into this dimension, family and society with certain lessons to accomplish in order to advance our soul’s growth.
I believe in ‘Free-will’ and that we choose all that comes into our world including the tough challenges – it is how we handle them that propels us forward opposed holds us back.
I believe ‘how’ we poorly judge each situation leaves telling signs within our body; ill-ness is a ‘dis-ease’, a harsh, sometimes chronic warning of where we have come off path due to our intuition being made dormant and from the moulding we have accepted from society.
I believe the journey of the soul is endless and that death is no more than a season called winter.
I believe there is masculine and feminine in everything and everything is one.
I believe in soul mates; that we have more than one. A soulmate can be a person of opposite or same gender, parent, child not necessarily a lover.
I believe in twin flames; an intimate pair that is one. Severed by path and yet connected by the soul. You will begin to hear more about this as you awaken.
I believe LOVE is the strongest energy force and that we are steered by emotion.
I believe ‘INTENTION’ leads to action and that ‘affirmations’ are a powerful starting point.
I believe all illness comes from the mind and the environment we place ourselves in, to which we have control. Good healthy natural food can support us.
I believe our body is an Earth space suit and required so that our soul can physically walk the earth.
I believe we are a mirror of Earth, 80% water, hard and soft structure and filled with energy.

I am aware some of this may seem a little out there even obscure or ridiculous as they were once to me until I grasped the following;

‘We don’t know what we don’t know’

AND

‘Be open today to receive everything as if the first time given’

‘Be ‘as if’ an inquisitive child’

Profound I know but if you are still reading then you have some idea of what I am talking about.

How I work

Through using Numerology I uncover the guidebook you created before birth. I hold the light and the belief in your path to support you back to your mission; I know this because it is written in my numbers. Everyone has access to genius when they follow their chart.

I work from an understanding that your decisions are made from ‘free-will’ even if you believe you have no choice, you always do. All too often I find people step back into their comfort zone even though it is not comfortable. CHANGE can be daunting but it can also be rewarding. By consciously refusing change you are going against the energy and your natural pathway. By embracing change you are opening up a whole new dimension.

When we avoid change, we become rigid, stubborn and stress is formed. The body feels stress in many ways and neglected stress, worry and anxiety cause the body to feel pain which sends us to the doctor who in turn runs a few tests and shares the diagnosis as a form of illness, cold, flu, or at the other end of the scale a chronic dis-ease. Most people leave the surgery with some pills to take and return to work, placing the doing before the being. The modern day doctor is only dealing with the symptoms leaving the cause to continue festering below the surface like a volcano that one day will have so much pressure it will have to erupt.

By looking into the body’s discomfort I am able to see where you have moved out of alignment. Working together through various modalities we are able to get to the root cause and upgrade your programming software. When we live more in the moment, we are connected to all the answers.

Everything is a gift, there are always two sides, positive/negative; inside/outside, dark/light – polarity. Spirituality is being open to all side and teachings. It is not judgemental; it is teaching us that everything just is. It is also whole and complete so if there is dark, there must be light because you can not know one without the other.
